We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and proof of purchase. Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, earrings, or monogrammed items. To process an exchange, please contact us, and visit the store after confirmation.
